WE OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from our Copenhagen studio with GLS or DHL Express.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and size of the order.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

For customers within the EU who exercise their statutory right of withdrawal and return their entire order, the original shipping cost will be refunded in accordance with EU consumer law.

If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery and contact information and for accepting or collecting their shipment.

If a parcel is refused, not collected or cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the recipient and is subsequently returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges or other costs incurred by us may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, a new shipping charge will apply.
