Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from our Copenhagen studio with GLS or DHL Express.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and size of the order.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information and for accepting or collecting their shipment. If a parcel is refused, not collected or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges or other costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
