Simultanea 3 is a vessel cast simultaneously in brass and bronze. The large vessel is created by the German artist Peter Bauhuis.  With Simultanea, like all his works in precious metals, Bauhuis celebrates the same mistakes that many designers seek to erase – fine fissures and surface blistering, both natural byproducts of lost wax casting, become central features of his work, many of which look like oxidized pieces of organic matter.
