“Ercolano” by the Danish artist, Kaare Golles. The sculpture is cast in bronze in the shape of a head. Along the left brow the the word “Ercolano” is inscribed; one of the Italian cities buried in volcanic ashes from the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79.

The sculpture can be hung on a wall or placed on a stand or table.
